Kyle Walker is the CEO of NewGen Worldwide and its subsidiaries, Green Card Fund and NewGen Advisory. With 14 years in the industry his main focus is leading Green Card Fund, which raises foreign capital for domestic development projects and grants immigration benefits to investors. Kyle also oversees NewGen Advisory, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage specializing in hospitality assets. He holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and actively participates in organizations such as the Invest in USA. In his free time, Kyle enjoys reading, traveling and snowboarding.

Dan is a co-founder and principal of NewGen Worldwide, overseeing its subsidiaries Green Card Fund and NewGen Advisory. His primary responsibility lies in leading NewGen Advisory, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage specializing in hospitality assets, where he has been involved in the disposition of over $600 million in hospitality assets throughout the United States. With a background as a hotel operator and owner, Dan brings extensive industry experience to his role. He is actively engaged in various industry organizations and holds certifications in hotel management and analytics. Outside of work, Dan enjoys golfing and supporting his favorite football team, the Denver Broncos.

Girish Patel is a co-founder and principal of NewGen Worldwide, overseeing its subsidiaries Green Card Fund and NewGen Advisory. His responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, financial management, and investment acquisitions in the diversified real estate and capital solutions firm. Girish's expertise in the hospitality industry led to the evolution of NewGen Advisory, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage specializing in hospitality assets. He is dedicated to community engagement through initiatives such as the RC Patel Memorial Scholarship and his role on the board of directors of Global Ties Arizona.

Michael serves as the Chief Financial Officer for NewGen Worldwide, overseeing the financial operations of the company and its subsidiaries, including Green Card Fund and NewGen Advisory. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, tax, and operations management, Michael's expertise contributes to the day-to-day accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all NewGen operations. He holds CPA licenses in both New York and Arizona and is a member of professional accounting organizations. Outside of work, Michael enjoys coaching ice hockey and cooking Italian cuisine.

Suraj is the Chief Legal Officer of NewGen Worldwide, overseeing the legal, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance activities of the company and its subsidiaries, with a particular focus on Green Card Fund and NewGen Advisory. He joined the NewGen family after serving as outside counsel and has since provided leadership in areas such as real estate, risk management, contractual relations, and investment strategies. With a background as a managing partner of a full-service business law firm, Suraj brings expertise in various legal areas, including acquisitions, corporate structuring, and financing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University. Suraj resides in Peoria, AZ, with his wife and two sons.
