Odyssey Preparatory Academy – Casa Grande, AZ

The first charter school project in EB-5 and the first successfully funded EB-5 project in Arizona, Odyssey Preparatory Academy was also Green Card Fund’s very first EB-5 project.

Odyssey Preparatory Academy is fully constructed and operational, creating community benefit for students, teachers, and parents who place a high value on education in Casa Grande, Arizona.

The school would not have been possible without EB-5 funding. Located in a school district with failing test scores, Odyssey Preparatory Academy gives families access to a college-focused curriculum that yields results.

The Luhrs Hotel in Downtown Phoenix, AZ

Green Card Fund, awarded "Global Business of the Year" by the Global Chamber of Commerce, played a vital role in funding and building the Luhrs Hotel, a magnificent 320-room Marriott Hotel within the historical Luhrs city-block.

Completed in 2016 this landmark project not only revitalized the historic district but also provided essential job opportunities in downtown Phoenix. Conveniently situated near the NBA Phoenix Suns, the Arizona Diamondbacks, and the Phoenix Convention Center, this economic development project stands as a testament to the positive impact of EB-5 investment, promoting international business and furthering growth in Arizona.

Hacienda at the River – Tucson, AZ

Renowned senior care provider, Watermark Retirement Communities, built their premier assisted living community in Tucson, AZ in partnership with the University of Arizona.

The project has provided assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care to the growing senior care market in Tucson, AZ – a top retirement destination in the US.

A legacy project for award-winning developer David Freshwater, the Hacienda project was the culmination of decades of excellence in senior care all integrated into this landmark community.
